Through the Rasmussen University Professional Achievement Grant, qualified associates are eligible for up to 100% coverage of costs on qualified, online Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree programs. 1 2
Qualified associates looking to enroll in Certificate, Diploma or residential-based degree programs or who work less than 63 hours in a paid period are eligible for up to a 20% tuition grant.3

What expenses are covered?
Between the OhioHealth education benefits and the Professional Achievement Grant, the cost of eligible online Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's programs is covered up to 100% for qualified associates. 1 2 This could include one of Rasmussen University’s online Master’s degree programs. No GRE®/GMAT™ requirements and no application fees make it easy to get started. 4

Qualifications
Do I qualify?
To qualify for the Professional Achievement Grant, OhioHealth associates must apply for courses that begin after their hire date, work full-time as documented in Workday 64-80 hours and be pursuing a program related to the associates’ current job or an established career path within OhioHealth. The associate must stay in active status for the completion of each course. Associates cannot have received a final written warning within the last 12 months.
