RN to BSN: Professional Achievement Grant
The online RN to BSN entry track is designed for working registered nurses. Our CCNE-accredited8 BSN program also features Empowered Learning®, where online courses are self-paced, and you’re creating real-world projects, not just tests and papers. You can immediately apply what you’re learning to your clinical practice, with a focus on leadership, evidence-based practice and healthcare technology.
This is the program covered by the Professional Achievement Grant of up to 100%.1
Programs eligible for Corporate Grant and Family Grant
Choose from many eligible online and campus-based programs such as Professional Nursing, Medical Assisting and others within the schools of Nursing, Health Sciences, Human Services, Business, Technology, Education, Justice Studies and Design. These are available to qualified team members and family members with the Corporate Grant of up to 20% off tuition.4 7

What expenses are covered?
Between the Salina Regional Health Center tuition reimbursement and the Rasmussen University Professional Achievement Grant, qualified employees are eligible for 100% coverage of costs on the RN to BSN entrance option.1
Qualified employees looking to enroll in residential-based or online programs not covered by the Professional Achievement Grant may be eligible for up to a 20% tuition grant. 4

Do I qualify?
To qualify for the Professional Achievement Grant, applicants must maintain full-time work status of 64 hours per pay period (or more). Eligibility starts 6 months from your hire date. Please check the Salina Tuition Reimbursement policy details to ensure the program you are interested in is covered. Some programs may not be eligible for the Professional Achievement Grant.
