Rasmussen College to Devote More Than 80 Hours to National Community Service Day

Rasmussen College employees around the country are banding together on Friday, July 17 for the first annual Rasmussen National Community Service Day.
Employees from all twenty-one locations of Rasmussen will be participating in their own community service events, and will be "giving back" 84 hours in total to their communities.
Rasmussen will be working with the following charities for 4 hours each on the seventeenth:
Florida
Ocala—River Cleanup / City of Ocala Tuscawilla Park Relocation
Orlando—Women's Residential & Counseling Center
Tampa Bay (Pasco County)—Habitat for Humanity
Aurora and Romeoville/Joliet—Hesed House
Illinois
Chicago—Ray Graham Association
Rockford—Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful
Brooklyn Park—Friends of Mississippi Project
Minnesota
Eagan—Feed Our Starving Children / Dorothy Day Center
Eden Prairie—Emergency Food Shelf and the National Epilepsy Foundation
Lake Elmo/Woobury and Twin Cities—Goodwill Easter Seals
Mankato—Devine/ Relay For Life
St. Cloud—Quiet Oakes Hospice House/MESSAGE program/Park District
North Dakota

The online staff of Rasmussen College will also be volunteering for the Boys and Girls Club, the National Epilepsy Foundation, and the Salvation Army.
