Rasmussen College Launches Early Childhood Education Program with Kid-Focused Art Event

Tampa Bay (Fla.) — Rasmussen College is celebrating its launch of the Early Childhood Education Associate's degree program at its Pasco County campus this month with a free, child friendly, community event on Saturday, June 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at its campus located at 2127 Grand Boulevard in Holiday.
The Art Explosion event will be a fully interactive art and entertainment event, which will include a petting zoo, pony rides for kids, a costume party, face painting, and more.
Plus, local children's author Bob Hicks will read his Tommie the Turtle books for story time.
Rasmussen College mascot, Rassy the Moose, will be in attendance with Clearwater Threshers mascot, Phinley the Shark to take pictures with kids.
