Rasmussen focuses on supporting the long-term needs of our students, the employers of our graduates and the communities we collectively serve. This commitment to contribution is a fundamental aspect of the organization; it is who we are and it is reflected in our actions.

We believe that conscientious citizenship is a crucial characteristic of our students, their employers and our employees. Our team is made up of a diverse group of compassionate individuals who thrive on contributing to their communities. We are constantly aware of local needs and coordinate volunteer efforts that best serve our communities. We have been host to countless food and blood drives and fundraisers and have provided support for victims of local disasters.

Our workplace community reflects our values by offering our employees many opportunities throughout the year to experience community involvement. They build homes for Habitat for Humanity, gather food for Second Harvest food banks, run for Relay for Life and hold numerous drives that help fund medical research and other worthy causes.

Rasmussen understands that local contribution is essential to a fulfilling and successful workplace. We are proud of our role in the community and are dedicated to continually growing our involvement.
