“My journey with Rasmussen College began in September 2004 when I enrolled at the Pasco campus as a student in the Business Management Bachelors Degree. Shortly after I began school I had the opportunity to interview for a position in the admissions department. After my experience as a student I felt that everything Rasmussen College stood for was exactly what I stood for—honest, integrity, hard work and dedication. I felt that we would be a good fit so I became an employee on October 16, 2004 and have never looked back.
Through my years as an admissions representative, I have developed a deep love for what I do because I have the opportunity to affect the lives of many people. Some want to come to school to complement their work experience, some want to make a new change in their lives and the lives of their families. It is such an amazing feeling to watch the transition that people make through their education at Rasmussen College. Many people that I meet with are terrified and wondering if they are doing the right thing because they have had so many challenges in their lives and their confidence is low. It is like a seed that gets planted in the soil, and over the course of time the seed grows into a beautiful flower.
