J. Michael Locke is Chief Executive Officer of Rasmussen based out of Chicago. Michael was Senior Vice President of Collegis, Inc., a provider of technology services to colleges and universities. Prior to Collegis, Michael was Chief Financial Officer of Eduprise, Inc., a pioneer in the e-learning market serving higher education. Before joining Eduprise in 2000, Michael was Vice President of Bank of America Securities in San Francisco where he directed the firms financing activities in the education market working with proprietary schools such as University of Phoenix and Sylvan. Michael also practiced law with Sullivan & Cromwell in Washington D.C. and New York where he focused on capital markets activities. He earned a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University, a J.D. with a focus on corporate law from Harvard University, and an M.B.A. with majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. |

Kristi Waite is President of Rasmussen College. For three generations, Kristi's family owned Rasmussen College. Her grandfather purchased the school from Walter Rasmussen in 1945. Her father, Bob Nemitz, and uncle, Bill Nemitz, who served as the Chairman of the ACICS Board of Directors, have been involved in for-profit schools since 1961 when they purchased Rasmussen College from their father. Kristi is a graduate of Rasmussen College and has a B.A. from Concordia University. |

Craig Pines is President and Chief Executive Officer of Deltak edu, Inc. Previously, Craig was Vice President, Online, responsible for the general management of Rasmussen’s National Online operations and the Deltak edu, Inc. subsidiary. Prior to joining Rasmussen, Craig was a Sr. Solutions Manager for Collegis. In this capacity, Craig identified and structured revenue sharing partnerships with schools to rapidly launch and go to market with online and blended education programs. Prior to joining Collegis, Craig was a Business Development Manager with Whittman-Hart, a large Internet Professional Services firm based in Chicago. While at Whittman-Hart, Craig worked with their business creation services arm to help clients create and spin out a software ASP business. Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. |

Sue Falotico is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rasmussen. She joined the company in August 2005 having served as Chief Financial Officer of Trialgraphix and Chief Financial Officer of HTE from 1995 to 2004. Sue has responsibility for all financial and administrative matters including accounting, human resources, legal, information technology and administration. She has an M.B.A. from the University of Central Florida and a B.A. in Business from Rutgers University. |
